Partner Nook · Capability Proposal

Running multiple campaigns from a single store

How Partner Nook can track two (or more) campaigns — e.g. Mamaearth & The Derma Co — inside one Shopify store, with one app install and one tracking pixel, keeping each campaign's data cleanly separate.

01 The setup

You've assigned two campaigns — Mamaearth and The Derma Co — but there is a single Shopify store. Both brands' products are sold from that one store. The goal: attribute every sale to the correct campaign and report each one separately, without running two apps or two stores.

Short answer: Yes — this works with one app install and one tracking pixel. The campaign is decided by which product is sold, not by a separate install per brand.

02 How it works

Each product in the store belongs to a brand. Partner Nook reads that brand from Shopify's own product data and routes the sale to the matching campaign.

One Shopify store Mamaearth productsvendor = Mamaearth Derma productsvendor = The Derma Co Order comes in pixel / backend reads line-items → brand Trackier CampaignMamaearth Trackier CampaignThe Derma Co Mamaearth items Derma items

One store, one install, one pixel. Each order is split by product brand and sent to the matching campaign.

How a product is tagged to a campaign

Partner Nook uses Shopify's own product fields — no manual tagging of every order:

MethodExampleBest when
Product Vendorvendor = "Mamaearth"each product clearly belongs to one brand (recommended)
Collection"Mamaearth" collectionbrands are organised as collections
Tagtag: mamaearthflexible / mixed catalogues

03 The pixel & tracking

One pixel is installed on the store automatically. On every sale it splits the order by brand and records a separate conversion per campaign in Trackier.

Click — a shopper arrives via an affiliate's referral link; the click is recorded and a cookie is set.
Purchase — the shopper checks out (coupon or link).
Split — the pixel/back-end reads the order's line-items and groups them by brand.
Report — one conversion is sent to Mamaearth's campaign and one to Derma's campaign, each with its own amount.

Worked example — one order, two brands

Order #1234, coupon SARA10 (affiliate "Sara"):

ItemBrandPriceGoes to campaign
Face WashMamaearth₹400Mamaearth · ₹400 conversion
SunscreenThe Derma Co₹600Derma · ₹600 conversion
One order →₹1000two separate conversions, correctly split
Mixed carts are handled: if a single order has both brands, each brand's items are attributed and paid separately — never double-counted.

04 Keeping the data clean & fraud-safe

Because both campaigns share one store, we designed the tracking so campaigns never mix and fake activity can't earn commission.

ConcernHow it's handled
Wrong campaign creditedbrand is resolved from the order's own product data — deterministic, not guessed
Coupons overlappingevery coupon is unique; a Mamaearth code can be restricted to Mamaearth products
Duplicate conversionsde-duplicated by Shopify order id — one order counts once per campaign
Fake/spoofed conversionsconversions are verified against the real Shopify order — no real order, no commission
Refund abusecommission is reversed on refund; a hold-time keeps commission pending until the order is confirmed
Click fraud / cookie stuffingcovered by Trackier's built-in fraud detection on the click side

05 What it requires

The app already stores data per-campaign, so this is an additive capability — it does not disrupt anything already built. To switch it on we need:

1Two Trackier campaigns — one for Mamaearth, one for The Derma Co, with their campaign IDs & API access.
2Confirm how products map to brands in the store — by Vendor, Collection, or Tag.
Recommended: the Shopify "Vendor" field set to the brand name on each product.
3Commission rules per campaign — the % or amount each brand pays affiliates.
4Affiliate model — should one affiliate be able to promote both brands, or are affiliates specific to a campaign?
5Coupons per brand (optional) — whether each brand's coupon should be restricted to that brand's products.
6Tracking domain — confirmed with Trackier (shared or one per campaign).

06 What we need from you

Please confirm to proceed

  1. Go / no-go — do you want multi-campaign tracking in the single store?
  2. The two Trackier campaign IDs + API access.
  3. How products are organised per brand (Vendor / Collection / Tag).
  4. Commission rate for each campaign.
  5. Whether affiliates are shared across both brands or campaign-specific.

Once confirmed, this is a focused addition on top of the existing build — no rework of what's already live.
